RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- All products once sold are non-returnable. However, the following products can be returned within 14 days upon receipt of shipment:
(i) incorrect item which a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Customer Contract; or
(ii) damaged product; or
(iii) faulty product.
- In order to entitle for a refund of a product which falling within 1(i) – 1 (iii) above, the product:
(i) must not be a food, food voucher, custom product or product that require installation, sale product, bulky product, digital goods such as mobile top card cards, grocery, paint and primer, undergarment, or any products which fall under the list of non-refundable items provided on the Site.
(ii) shall be un-used, unopened, and in new and resalable condition;
(iii) tags shall not be tampered with; and
(iii) must have all original packaging, parts and accessories.
- You agree that you have forfeited the refund option once you have shared the Product Link of such product which falling within 1(i) – 1(iii) above. You shall entitle for replacement only of such item if subsequently you return it to Seller.
- The shipping costs of returns of items falling within Clauses 1(i) – 1(iii) above from you to Seller shall be borne by the Seller. However, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- You shall ensure that the item is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that your return is invalid, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you. The item will be shipped back to you at your cost and expense, and charge these to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result. Our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you.
- Upon receipt of the item, Seller will examine it and we will advise you on your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as practicable. A replacement or a refund shall be issued within 14 calendar days after we receive your item. Upon a replacement or refund being made as aforesaid, you shall have no further claim against Seller.
- All refunds will be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, where refunds will be via user wallet or the credit or debit card you used for the original purchase.
- For overseas purchases, return attributable to the buyer may not be practically possible due to high return costs. Sellers take no responsibility and assume no liability for such cases.
- Item returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of any standard delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to Seller.
- Customer bears responsibility for the goods upon signing. If you believes that a parcel has been tampered with, please refuse to sign for the goods and notify IXCHNG.
