Account & Orders


  • You are required to establish an Account on IBUYANDSHARE in order to use certain features, such as shop your favorite products, place an order and share your shopping with others.


To register an account:

  1. Click on the Log in on the top middle of the page.
  2. Fill in the details.
  3. Click “Register”
  4. An email will be sent to you upon your successful registration.


Cannot log in to your account or forgot your password?

  • Click on the “Lost your password”. A link will be sent to your email address for you to create your new password.


How to change the information in your account?

  • Log in to your account, choose “My Account”. You will be able to update your information there (e.g. billing address, phone number, email).



How to place an order?

  1. Find your product: browse with the category menu or type in the Search Box
  2. Choose your product: click on the product you want
  3. Check product information: such as colour, material, warranty, product availability, delivery time, and add to Cart
  4. Confirm shopping cart: check cart details, choose “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout” to place an order
  5. Provide delivery information: Enter your billing & shipping details and required information or Log in to your account
  6. Choose your payment: Select your preferred payment method
  7. Read Terms & Conditions: Read and confirm you have read and accept the T&C
  8. Place your order: Confirm all delivery details and click “Place Order
  9. Receive order confirmation: Read the order confirmation sent to you via email.
  10. The email contains your order number, the order amount, the description of item(s) ordered, the number of item(s) ordered, and your billing and delivery addresses.


Can I order without an account on IBAS?

  • No. You must register an account in order to complete to order.


How to remove an item in my shopping cart?

  1. Go to your shopping cart by Clicking on the Cart icon on the top of IBAS page.
  2. Click on “Remove” or the “x” icon.
  3. That item will be removed and your cart will be updated.


How can I know the order confirmation?

  • Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email after you have placed your order.
  • We will also update you through email once the product you ordered has been shipped to you.



Can I change my delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for the existing order?

  • If you have just placed an order within the hour, please contact us immediately and we might able to help you tweak the order.
  • Otherwise, chances are that our seller(s) may have already packed the items and shipped it to you. In this case, we will not be able to make any changes.


Can I change my payment method after an order has been made?

  • No. Your payment method cannot be changed after your order has been placed. However, if your order has not been shipped out, you may cancel the order and reorder with us.


Can I change the items from my order after an order has been processed?

  • No. We apologize that we are unable to change the items in your order once it has been processed, as your order might have already been packed and shipped.


Can I cancel my order?

  • You may cancel your Order any time before the shipment, approval, and authorisation of your payment, and/or sharing of your Product Link.
  • To cancel an Order, please click the “Cancel Order” button under the Order page. No cancellation fees apply. You cannot cancel your Order once:
  • the product has been shipped, and/or
  • your payment has been authorized and approved, and/or
  • you had shared your Product Link.
  • Once shipped, the payment approved and authorized and/or you shared the link, your purchases will be subject to Return and Refund Policy rather than cancellation process.


How to cancel my order?

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on “My Account’ and click on “Orders” on the page.
  3. Look for the order that you would like to cancel and click the “Cancel” button. You only can cancel an order when there is the “Cancel” button.
  4. An email will be sent to you to acknowledge the cancellation of your order.


Can I cancel one if I accidentally ordered the same items?

  • Yes, please contact us to cancel the duplicate order immediately as your order might have already been packed and shipped.


Receive an incomplete order

  • Kindly note that if you have ordered from multiple sellers in the same order, you will receive your packages separately. If part of your order from the same seller is missing, please contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly.


Receive a wrong item

  • It may be possible that you receive an item different from what you ordered due to the mistake made by Seller. In the event that this happens, we will offer you a free return and refund. Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt the wrong item, we will examine and arrange pick up from you.
  • To process your returns faster, please pack your item(s) in its original package, with all its accessories and purchase invoice. Kindly read and follow our Return & Refund guideline.


Received damaged/ defective item

  • If the item you received is damaged/ defective, we will offer you a free return. Please contact us to request for a return and refund within 7 days upon receipt the damaged/defective item. We will examine and arrange pick up from you.
  • To process your returns faster, please pack your item(s) in its original package, with all its accessories and purchase invoice. Kindly read and follow our Return & Refund policy and guideline.


Parcel received is not properly packed/sealed

  • If your parcel is not packed or sealed properly, please reject it at your doorstep and you will be automatically refunded for your product. In the event that you have already accepted the parcel, please leave it untouched and immediately contact us to request for a return.
